COMBINATION FORMULA

Combination= C (x, y) = x! / (y! (x−y)!) where

x! = x*(x – 1)!

y! = y*(y – 1)!

Example

x = 5

y = 4

Then P (5, 4) = 5! / (4! (5−4)!)

                      = 5
