Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cloudzy's website, products, and services. By creating an account or using any Cloudzy service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Responsibilities

The terms cover your responsibilities as an account holder, including maintaining the security of your credentials, accurate billing information, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Service Usage

Details about how services are provisioned, billing cycles, payment terms, and the conditions under which Cloudzy may modify or discontinue services are outlined in the full terms.

Multiple Accounts

Each customer may maintain one Cloudzy account, including across different email addresses. Customers with a legitimate need for multiple accounts, such as an organization with several teams, must coordinate with Cloudzy support in advance and receive explicit approval. Accounts flagged as similar to known fraudulent or abusive accounts may be suspended pending identity verification. See Similarity Suspension for details.

Payment Disputes

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor over a payment made voluntarily to Cloudzy suspends your entire account while the dispute remains open. Cloudzy cannot reinstate the account or issue a refund until the dispute is withdrawn through the same bank or payment processor. See Dispute Suspension for the full process.

Limitation of Liability

The terms address limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and how disputes between you and Cloudzy are resolved.
